I would have loved to give a 5 star but was ghosted on finishing the job. The tree trimming was great and several trees were cut down including a large tree. He asked if he could come back to grind the stump and I said yes. He never showed up again after 4 months of trying to contact him. He was fully paid. I even left a message asking what I did that upset him. No reply. Do not pay in full until job is complete.

It took almost 2 months, working an hour or two now and then, and sometimes not showing up for several days. But when here, they did a great job. And I felt we had developed a good relationship. But... When the job was nearing completion, he asked if I could go ahead and pay him the remainder of the contracted amount, which I did. I had developed a good perception of his character.
