Reyna Rousseau and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was great from start to finish, and the entire process was very easy to understand. Most of our work was done through email with just a few phone calls, and uploading documents was simple and stress free. Reyna, and Paula, were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process and would definitely recommend going through Reyna!
Reyna was always prompt, professional and kind with her communication with us and how we were to move forward with the next steps. She made the mortgage process seamless. We will absolutely use Reyna again!

Terrible experience. Did not put correct insurance premium in at closing causing major shortage admits to this, yet thinks the buyer (a first time buyer) should of caught that, since it wasn't caught it's the buyers fault. Reyna is rude and tends to pass the blame instead of just being accountable. Would not recommend CCM if it was the last mortgage company out there. Reyna is hands down the best lender I've worked with. Buying a new house can be complicated but Reyna made everything with the lending process feel seamless. I'll definitely come back and work with Reyna in the future!
