If I could, I’d give her 0 stars. The entire time she was managing the house I was renting, none of the requests we sent to her to give to the owner of the house were received. She kept saying “we’ll send someone out there” and was LIED to about them showing up. We have cameras and we would have known if they actually did. She’s very unprofessional generally as she did not relay any of the concerns to the owner as we were moving out. She also almost always delayed to get back to us and it was all ‘in one ear, out the other’.... read more
