I share the same sentiments as previous reviewers who have given this GP a one‑star rating, based on multiple incidents that occurred during my father's appointment today. I took time off work to accompany my father to a post‑operation follow‑up appointment. The GP opens at 3:00 pm however, we waited while the GP went to the staff kitchen room to heat and eat lunch. Always rude and yelling. Not compassionate at all!! Does not help and blames every problem on technology the amount of issues I’ve told her about but it seems like her mind only sees phones as the cause to all of them. Also talks about irrelevant topics that are not needed at all. One time she was playing Pokémon go in the middle of an appointment?! A couple months ago, I came in for an immunisation shot and called beforehand. I came in and after waiting for an hour she told me that they didn't have any in stock and printed me a script to go buy it at the chemist on the other side of the station whilst also saying "You should've bought it before coming in". I then had to wait in line AGAIN after coming back in. How was I supposed to know that YOUR FACILITY did not have any stock of what I was intending to get?
