I’ve been calling since September and no answer what so ever from the office, my grandma was being referred to an office and the office still hasn’t faxed over referral with progress notes and labs this office is a joke and I will definitely report it to the higher up I hope this office closes this is very unprofessional for an office
Dr is Very Good exactly the kind of Dr l was looking for, But if my appointment is at 8:30 He gets there Between 11:30am To 12 Noon so l wait in the waiting are about One and a half Hour the Rest they put me in a Roon for another one half,Hour it is So Frustrating, l'm still there just Because l was from Doctors to Doctors Couldn't find one then had to start all over agian, and to tap it off Receptionist it take a miracle to answer the phone they burly have people no excuse not to answer the phone, l had come several times i... read more

My Dad used to see Dr Reyes. We brought my Dad in in November due to him falling. Doctor said my dad was fine and just said he was weak to give him Ensure. We decided to take my dad in to the ER. My Dad was admitted with having Double pneumonia, oxygen level and heart rate were low and he had covid. Dr. Reyes didn't even check my dad correctly. My Dad passed away two weeks later. His Doctor didn't even come and check on my father even though he works at the same hospital my Dad was in. This clinic should be closed. They are ... read more
