I had a great experience with Reyes HVAC. Oscar was very professional and responded to my calls and texts promptly. The part that needed replacement was under the manufacturer’s warranty, so I was required to pay for the new one upfront and then seek reimbursement from the manufacturer. Oscar kindly guided me through the process and submitted the warranty claim with the manufacturer upon completion. Unit is now working correctly.
