Nathan and his crew were excellent at finding and fixing the dryer vent problem. They cleaned my dryer duct, checked the full vent line, and then found that the roof vent cap was not opening the right way. My three story townhouse has the dryer vent cap on the roof, but that was no issue for them. Jaime went up and saw that the flap on the cap was stuck because of old paint buildup.
