We hired Jon Reyes July 21 and paid him 1/2 of the bathrooms remodeling jobs, which was 4,150.00. He was supposed to be finishing his other job the following Wednesday. It took him a month before he actually started our remodeling. He would show up to work here at 10:30am or after, he would only work 2-4 hours a day. He did not have good communication skills.
