Checked In: 9:30a Appt: 10a Dock Assigned: 11:53a Checked Out: 5:17pm This place deserves 0 stars. Checked in at 9:30a for a 10a appt. Was directed to park in staging area & wait for a call. I got assigned a dock just before noon & didn’t get the green light until 5:10p. I’ve been here before almost 3yrs ago & it wasn’t this bad. I was in & out in 2hrs that time. But judging by my experience today & the reviews recently; it seems this place has gone down hill.
the guard check in guy was pretty cool and nice I go 2 hours before my appointment. They take me in and unload me in just 1/2hrs pretty good experience. I got a delivery from this house. I definitely come back.
Not good for loading 5 to 6 hours waiting or more and they don't care if ask eta .driver brother be patient
It is much faster to unload here than it is to get loaded. It took us 7 hours from the time we checked in until we got our load and was able to get out of there. They were busy so hopefully next time it won’t be as bad. The people were nice and there was an actual restroom not just a port-a potty like other places we have been to.
The worst company in the world 3 hours waiting in the holding yard and 3 hours on dock
