We were helped by a woman named Sol. While she was nice at first, her explanations and directions were unclear. Our questions seemed to bother her and we felt like a burden. We did not do taxes with her, but wanted assistance with other services. She gave no updates and messed up some information on our application and made no effort to correct it or tell us how to correct it. We started the process with her but we will not be going back.
