The dealership shooted me two emails for $59 off my next service visit, my 40,000 miles service was due and I showed up the email to my Reydel’s service advisor “Nicolas Ferrara”, he told me that the service already comes with a discounted price, which wasn’t true. The service was missing a multi point inspection video, which kinds of lacks transparency. Rude employees at service desk. Never coming back here again. Very unprofessional
I needed a back window replaced. They made me go back and forth between parts and service. I felt like the middle men. I’m used to having service take care of that at other dealerships. After glass was replaced the wiper was no at the right location and it wiped over the glass and onto the paint and back. Also glass pieces are stuck behind the inside cover on the truck. Makes noises when opening.
Reydel Volkswagen of Edison service department is top-notch. Service manager Fred Schmon gets the vehicles taken care of very efficiently.
