I recently visited this dealership for an oil change. As a Soldier, I found this place very military-friendly, and I had a fantastic experience! Mabel was really helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure I understood everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and efficient. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made all the difference. Highly recommend this dealership, especially if you get the chance to work with Mabel! Thank you for the excellent service.
Service department is extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate so much that they still treat you with the same care as they did when you were looking to buy your car. Most dealerships dont do that. Had an issue today when I went in for an oil change and they were so helpful and assisted me with kindness, patience and a solution. Highly recommend!
The dealership shooted me two emails for $59 off my next service visit, my 40,000 miles service was due and I showed up the email to my Reydel’s service advisor “Nicolas Ferrara”, he told me that the service already comes with a discounted price, which wasn’t true. The service was missing a multi point inspection video, which kinds of lacks transparency. Reydel additionally don’t have Sr.Technicians working on weekends, I had to get my vehicle inspected for some noise too but I was asked to come over weekdays. No proper wash... read more
