I purchased a home in Meridian Crossing in 2020. Worse decision I ever made and a waist of my VA benefit. The creaking of the upstairs floor is so bad it literally wakes the whole house up going to the restroom at night. After a year, the construction company (ReBold) comes out to fix things like that. if your place looks nice, it will stick out like a sore thumb and you will have the property manager on your ass over anything. if your place looks like junk, it will be ignored because it blends in with the rest of places in reybold developments so do as you please. they will find time and resources to do inspections to make sure your flower beds are neat enough but somehow forget to fix their terrible busted up streets they drive up and down to harass you over petty things.
My experience with Reybold Property Management was an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, it was clear that they were disorganized and unprofessional. I had been assured ahead of time that my emotional support dog, a service dog in training, would be accommodated. However, upon arrival after traveling a long distance, I was pressured into signing a lease agreement under duress because there were no other options available.
