Where is Rey Garcia No more profesional .
Ray has unfortunately left this location and with it left all of the good customer service that brought me into this location. I suggest you change agents if you have this office or AVOID IT IN GENERAL. I called 4 times to do a change on my policy and they said they would call me back every time and never did. I was also told management would return my call when I wanted to address this issue and I did not get a call back.
Rey is an amazing agent and overall person. He actually appears tu care and want to help out any way he can.
