This shop has held my husband truck for over a year. He kept giving us different stories and then kept saying he couldn't find a part he needed. I finally got fed up about a month ago and went to see him and pretty much told him if he didn't start working on my husband truck by the end of the month, I wanted a refund and we would take it somewhere else. Magically the missing part he couldn't find in over a year was finally found and he started to work on his truck. Like I said, that was a month ago. Now he is starting again ... read more
I left my car with them for a whole month and I somehow got it back worse than what I left behind. The communication between me and the shop was terrible they didn't tell me that the bumper I had gave them didn't fit until the day I went to go pick up the car. They continuously lied to me, every time I asked did they receive the headlight for the car his excuse was it will be here Monday but never came. All they did was get a few dents out the fender and that doesn't even matter because the dealership still has to replace th... read more
