Horrible customer service. Arrogant jerk . He took a personal phone call while helping me and would not get off the phone. Ugly products, too. Shop elsewhere.

Rexx came out to our house to give us an estimate to carpet stairs leading up to the second floor. The estimate that we were given seemed high, but after talking to two additional companies it seemed fair (carpeting stairs is more labor intensive thus the higher-than-I-would-have-thought estimate). The carpet we selected had to be ordered, but this was communicated to us and as soon as it came in we were contacted to set up a date for the installation.
