Thankfully we came across, Aaron and his company ‘Rexroad mobile auto repair’ Which was our literal savior, when we were stuck far from home, and very late at night. From the start, super easy to get in touch with, very attentive to every message, fast replies, gave advice on what to do while he got there, and was fast to get to our location. From the get go, very honest person, with amazing costumer service skills, very knowledgeable, and helpful lots. Would definitely recommend 10/10
My husband and I ran over a medium on an intersection in Allen. Our tires were flat. He offered to come remove our tires, drive to Dallas to pick up used tires and replace them. This was all at 11pm at night. He communicated with me while we waited for him to arrive and arrived less than a hour from our initial call. Aaron was very professional and polite. We was able to replace the water pump on my boat and did a great job. Showed up on time like he said he was going to and anytime I would call or text he would always respond which is huge for any small business owner. I will be referring him to friends and be using him again.
Great car enthusiast and super friendly to talk to. If you have any issues with your vehicle and need a liable mechanic, this guy is your best bet.
Amazing service. Great guy. Very fair and honest. Had an animal chew through a wiring harness that rendered my X3 inoperable as all stability control, power steering, and 5 other components were 100% not working. I would have had to tow the vehicle because it was not drivable. He came to my house and repaired the car in about an hour for a price about half what the dealership wanted before a tow.
