Why is Wingstop such a disappointment? I have come to this Wingstop many times, not by choice, but because that's what others want. Today, March 29, 2025 at 2:48pm I placed an online order. As usual it said between 16-21 minutes. I got there at 3pm. Let me fill you in!! The store is filthy, the employees are hateful, and my food was cold. Again, I got there right at 3pm. Excessive wait times, staff seem disorganized and can’t perform under pressure.
Worst experience ever .... told a 25 min wait and been here for an hour
Order took more than an hour to be done. And when i got them fries weren’t even fresh. People were walking in and out with their orders while mine wasn’t even being prepared. Wasn’t even provided with a receipt. Unacceptable.
