They suck I paid for fries is storming outside and they forgot them and thought I was going to come back and get them no. Yall suck
This place goes more and more downhill each time I've come. It's ridiculous. This food isn't cheap for it to be cold or not packaged correctly, where it falls all out of the packaging because they want to shove two orders in one box. You can tell they do not care at this location. I'll be taking the trip to Copper's Cove from now on. Save you a trip , I see why there are so many negative reviews
Placed my oder on the Wingstop App @ 11:11 8/8/25 received confirmation that it would be ready between 11:24 - 11:29 PM for pick up at the Killeen location. Arrived at the Killeen Wingstop location my order was not ready still in process of making or preparing is what I was told from the front of house Wingstop staffing. So I wait for my order to be ready at this time now 30-40 min have passed & nobody has informed of me the status on my order??
