Let me start by saying we have purchased 2 pendants from them in the past year. Today we experienced very rude customer service. The woman that works here is always pleasant but today we came in to test my diamond earrings we purchased elsewhere and the gentleman that helped us had an attitude the entire time and it was very apparent he was talking to his colleague in Chinese about us. They are courteous, friendly and all fixes are taken care of immediately
Not friendly at all. Very moody customer service. Denied service to me in many occasions telling don’t have time and asking for higher prices than what’s posted on the sign. Wouldn’t recommend.
