My husband bought a suv and they put the wrong plates so we had to pay extra for their mistakes. They gave him the keys to the car and the keys worked for the ignition but didn’t work for the door and we didn’t find that out until the battery died and we had to break the window to get in the car. They never gave us the correct key.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had(Dealt with Rad and Owner Sam)..I paid $6000 for a car that ran for one day after I bought it they were not willing to help me in any way shape or form they where very rude NEVER called back I’d have to call multiple times just to get told they would call me back again ...after the car they sold me was broken down since I bought it they were still calling me for $500 I supposedly owed them after havin the car in and out of the shop towed multiple times and still broken down., al... read more

Make sure you have (BBB) number on speed dial. Engine light came on the next day buying vehicle. Been to the dealership multiple times to get it fixed. Excuses every time I come there. Then RAD acts like a child and refuses to fix it under warranty. I spent good money just for this service no thanks.
