Rude employees, you get the feeling that they are all very miserable people.
Had an 11k system installed without any trouble, was told anyone I referred to them I would get a referral fee for doing so. After I refered my neighbor and his system was installed ive tried to collect my referral for 6 months without sucsess. Dishonest company, concerned if i ever need service I will get the same result. Once your system is complete you see a diffent side to them. I would not recommend them for these reasons.
