Stopped in today needed a few things to wrap up a roof top unit they had what I needed service was outstanding they got me in and out of there I truly appreciate the team members that were there today 2/26/26 didnt catch your names but you ladies were awesome thanks again kudos to you all!!!
I had a wiring issue and was looking for a part, called Rexel and talked to Howard. He was a buge help, facetimed me and looked at the issue and helped me resolve it in minutes.
It is unfortunate that my experience today at REXEL was not as expected. I’m not sure if the staff was having a bad day but I was not treated respectfully. The customer service was extremely disappointing, when inquiring for an item, the staff used these words “am I talking to your empty brain?” I have never been at a store where such demeaning language is used to address a customer. I will not be shopping at this store.
Great experience for us at Artisan Electrical, they had just what we needed, friendly and fast service! Howard was a great help to us.
