I had a disappointing experience at Rexel Electrical Supply. I attempted to purchase a 2-inch rigid compression connector, initially quoted at an outrageous $100 each. After some negotiation, they lowered the price to $70, but this still felt exorbitant and left a bad taste. It seems like their pricing strategy is designed to take advantage of customers, starting with inflated prices only to "discount" them after pushback. Horrible customer service. They don't do what they say they will. Manager never returns calls. Employees make excuses. It never ends. Corporate needs to step in and fix this store.
