Stay away from this store Zack the manager was extremely rude and tried to lure us in to pay 20% restocking fee on in-stock items.
Next time you need electrical supplies stay away from store manager Zack. Use other suppliers this manager is a real clown who doesn't care about customers. He should be fired. Trying to charge 20% restocking fee because he was having a bad day on in-stock items.
One of the top 3 in Electric parts, peices and fittings... Hands down.
My experience at the Monocacy Blvd. Rexel in Frederick was such a positive one!! Zack was sooo helpful with trying to attach a weighted base to my floor lamp that was broken in our recent move to Maryland. He and Fred worked tirelessly to try and fix it. Thank you guys! Alaka was so pleasant to talk to too. What a great staff!
6 weeks and they cannot order 3 Hubbell items. I call and they ask me for tickets and order numbers, that they never provided. It took 4 days to find out the items were not in stock. Capital is way better for the brands they carry, and if Capital does not carry then just order it online.
