We recently started working with Rexel in Frederick a few months ago. Zack and his team have been a great resource for our company recently. We are provided quotes on materials in a timely manner. They often have items we need right away or can get what is needed in the next day where other popular supply houses cannot. We will continue to use Zack and his team at Rexel.
Zack and his team at the Frederick branch are awesome. From finding hard to get materials to providing solutions that will solve the tough problems on a job they go above and beyond every time. Would highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs.
Stay away from this store Zack the manager was extremely rude and tried to lure us in to pay 20% restocking fee on in-stock items.
Next time you need electrical supplies stay away from store manager Zack. Use other suppliers this manager is a real clown who doesn't care about customers. He should be fired. Trying to charge 20% restocking fee because he was having a bad day on in-stock items.
