Great experience, staff members are so nice and polite.
Closes way too early and is difficult to rely on this place because for everything you need to take work off. Closing at 4 is inconsiderate of your patients. This is not for the working professionals maybe retired people and the jobless. There is a reason they are always accepting new patients, walk ins are better.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I paid specifically for a sick note and waited nearly 2 hours to see the doctor. When I finally met the doctor, he asked about my condition and I explained everything in detail. Instead of speaking to me directly, he left and sent an assistant to tell me they do not extend medical notes. If this service is not provided, patients should be informed before being charged and made to wait for hours. I was not told in advance, and no refund was offered. I had a great experience with all the staff and Dr.Seun. They provide bloodwork services which is very convenient instead of going somewhere else to get it done. Overall I am very happy with this clinic.
