I have seen the reviews and the low ratings for Rexdale Medical Centre and I can honestly say that my experience has been the exact opposite. I have been at Rexdale Medical Centre for over a year now. I know what it feels like to have a family doctor retire or move locations, it's happened to me twice in the past decade and it took me FOUR years to find a family doctor that I could grow with. Disgusting... I had my family doctor Shore with her more then 20 years. She retired. Received a letter regarding her retirement and Dr. ROSENBIRG will be taken over her patients. I called to book an appointment. She declined me as a patient because I haven't been there in 5 years. I told her I haven't been sick so why would I come there. They stated its policy. I asked do I have to come every month they said yes. Sounds like another scam doctors office. With little to no logic. Good job Dr. ROSENBIRG
My friends and I have to drive more than 2 hours for a doctor that gives terrible service and how the office staff are very rude and unwelcoming towards patients. I go there to give them a chance and they broke my heart 🖤⛓️⛓️ Don’t have them as family doctors it’s not worth the drive even if you’re close. They wont listen to patients and give them what they want they want all your money.
Office staff are beyond rude... angry, disrespectful and even abusive attitude towards patients...That has been my experience CONSISTENTLY.! Always the same unwelcoming, bitttered, repulsive attitude. Almost like if they dislike or almost hate people.
DON'T GO UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST. RUDE ALMOST AS IF THEY WERE DOING US A FAVOR... I CAME TO THE WRONG OFFICE, IT WAS TWO STORES APART FROM HER... SHE TOLD ME THAT I WAS LOST, THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I WAS... IN SHORT, THE MOST RUDE PERSON, VERY BAD ATTITUDE. THE DAY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED YET AND SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY BAD TODAY MAY 23 8:38 AM. 2025 DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS HERE. IF THAT'S WHAT THE RECEPTIONIST IS LIKE, IMAGINE THE DOCTORS. THAT RECEPTIONIST IS TERRIBLE.
