"Extremely unprofessional conduct. A staff member shouted at me and hung up the phone today at 5:03 PM when I requested to speak with a manager. I have been a patient for 2 years, and my urgent emails for medical documentation are being blocked by their server. Total disregard for patient rights and job security. I am waiting for Madam Safia Ahmed Manager or Quality Improvement contact me immediately regarding this verbal abuse and lack of care this incident Thanks
