I love my family doctor Dr Miles Smith. He is the most amazing person I have ever met. I didn’t know that doctors like him assisted. I have never waited over 5 minutes past my appointment time. If I have had to, he would come out and let me know that he is running a bit late and apologies. He steps outside to escort me to his office and after the appointment, escorts me out and then escorts his next patient in. Has anyone ever heard of this? I called last Friday to get an appointment and suprise there was nothing available until the second week of August. The person who answered the phone said the would check with the doctor and call me back. I called again towards end of day on Monday and they claimed they had no record of my call. Finally on Tuesday they left a message that the doctor would call me on Thursday. The appointed time passed with no call. I called them and was told she was running behind.
