Customer service was friendly but the vet doctor was rude, trying to up charge.
This place is just absolutely horrible. First time here and last. The vet was extremely rude and wanted to overcharge us for test that we didn’t need to fix my puppy’s sickness. The vet gave us attitude for selecting just the medication. Don’t trust this place!
Never Go Here. I Brought My Rescue Here When I Need Urgent Help.. I Love Her So Much And Was Petrified When She Wasn't Acting Right. I Couldn't Get Into My Vet So We Came Here. I Stressed To Them My Concerns And Even Explained How Worried I Was About Her Purring. Not 1 Of Them There Even Showed Any Interest And Never Even Asked About It. No Looking Into It Etc... Yet We Got A Bill Comin Out Our Ass It Was So Costly Resulting In Us Having To Take Out A Loan To Pay For It. What Kind Of Care Did My Baby Get?? None In My Opinion... read more
