Had a great experience with this business! Great texter and easy to get in contact with. I needed a short term rental and they had low costs.
We weren't charged for our first month due to miscommunication.
We used this storage unit a year ago and our manager was way too hard to get a hold of, and we never got our security deposit back. We communicated that we wanted to stop renting in January, and then got charged the next month. Due to the lack of communication, I can only assume he kept our security deposit for no reason. 100% would recommend a different storage unit.
I’ve had a storage unit here for over a year and I love that it’s both affordable and easy to access anytime. I appreciate too that it is well lit and secured.
Tyler is a very chill guy. Easy to talk to, and very understanding. The buildings are kept clean, it feels secure, and the price is good. If you need a quick, easy, convenient place to store something that won't break the bank this is the place.
