I would highly recommend NOT going to this storage unit. First our items got stolen and when we asked the owner for the video feed to see who did it he said there were no cameras in the corner where our unit was. I wish I had known that before having that specific unit because we have very expensive snowboarding gear that got stolen. Then he said he would report it in to the police and never did. I stored my stuff with them for years. When I left I inquired about the negative reviews about people continuing to be charged after they had cancelled and was told it was under new management. Sure enough I wasn’t charged the following month. Easy to access and they never increased the price on me. Great experience.
I had an question about my storage and reached out to the owner. He was very kind and gracious and resolved the small issue immediately. I have loved renting with Rexburg Storage. It's safe, clean, affordable and in a convenient location. I rented two units and he offered to discount the price of the second unit. The 24/7 access is SO nice too. Definitely give this place a try because you can't beat the price and it's always nice to support local business owners.
Had a great experience with this business! Great texter and easy to get in contact with. I needed a short term rental and they had low costs.
