I stored my stuff with them for years. When I left I inquired about the negative reviews about people continuing to be charged after they had cancelled and was told it was under new management. Sure enough I wasn’t charged the following month. Easy to access and they never increased the price on me. Great experience.
I had an question about my storage and reached out to the owner. He was very kind and gracious and resolved the small issue immediately. I have loved renting with Rexburg Storage. It's safe, clean, affordable and in a convenient location. I rented two units and he offered to discount the price of the second unit. The 24/7 access is SO nice too. Definitely give this place a try because you can't beat the price and it's always nice to support local business owners.
