A crime was committed against me. I contacted the attorney multiple times to follow up and asked when the court day would be. Nothing. I have called and called and even stopped by. Not once did I have the chance to give my victim impact statement. I was never told the court day, told of sentencing, or ANYTHING afforded to victims by law as found in Article I Section 22 of the Idaho State Constitution.
They dont keep their word as the attorney never gets back to you, and are a complete mess there. Its like watching Who's on First. Rule #1 of govt jobs: you are rarely fired no matter how bad you are at your job. Even if they got 1 star reviews from 100 people, there is no care, discipline, nor replacement by competent people.
It was a slow process but they won the case.
