I Recently, I had a terrible experience with a pharmacy worker at the Rexall Pharmacy, Foothills Hospital. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional, making my visit a complete nightmare. From the moment I approached the counter, their behavior was dismissive and unwelcoming, and their tone was condescending and abrasive. I am withdrawing my comments. The service from this Pharmacy still has a long way to be fixed. My previous optimism wasn't hint enough for the owner and staff. Sad!
Bottom line, the Pharmacist in charge for this location (a gentleman), took the time to listen to my complaints that I did 3 months ago, when I went there in person. I use their service every 3 months and, today, it was a pleasure conversation with the staff who called me and everything is sorted out and ready for my meds. I recently visited the Rexall Pharmacy inside Foothills Hospital to fill a prescription for hydromorphone, which required a triplicate form (TPP). This form is essential for dispensing certain medications, as it provides consent for narcotics distribution. While the prescription I provided was filled, upon returning home (in another city), I discovered I had another prescription for a different dosage of hydromorphone that I could not fill at my local pharmacy due to the missing triplicate form. Horrible experience at this Rexal clinic. They handed out medicine that need to be administeredon site and otherwise REFRIGERATED without telling us about that. Sent us home with it. No instructions, possibly wasted the money on the drugs since it might have gone bad.
