This place is horrible. I was forced to get some prescriptions here. they are rude and not competent. As well, I was on hold for 55 minutes to just refill a prescription. If you can avoid this store do so!!~
Deidre at Rexall was absolutely incredible today. She truly went above and beyond and I am very thankful to her.
I Recently, I had a terrible experience with a pharmacy worker at the Rexall Pharmacy, Foothills Hospital. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional, making my visit a complete nightmare. From the moment I approached the counter, their behavior was dismissive and unwelcoming, and their tone was condescending and abrasive. I am withdrawing my comments. The service from this Pharmacy still has a long way to be fixed. My previous optimism wasn't hint enough for the owner and staff. Sad!
