This place is horrible. I was forced to get some prescriptions here. they are rude and not competent. As well, I was on hold for 55 minutes to just refill a prescription. If you can avoid this store do so!!~
Deidre at Rexall was absolutely incredible today. She truly went above and beyond and I am very thankful to her.
I Recently, I had a terrible experience with a pharmacy worker at the Rexall Pharmacy, Foothills Hospital. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional, making my visit a complete nightmare. From the moment I approached the counter, their behavior was dismissive and unwelcoming, and their tone was condescending and abrasive. I am withdrawing my comments. The service from this Pharmacy still has a long way to be fixed. My previous optimism wasn't hint enough for the owner and staff. Sad!
Bottom line, the Pharmacist in charge for this location (a gentleman), took the time to listen to my complaints that I did 3 months ago, when I went there in person. I use their service every 3 months and, today, it was a pleasure conversation with the staff who called me and everything is sorted out and ready for my meds.
