I had surgery out of state because I was unable to get that surgery here- had a post-op complication- non emergent- got referred here by my primary care. Got yelled at by the doctor here. Refused to help. Refused to answer any questions. I’m sitting in the parking lot crying. Guess that you should never see this practice if you have surgery elsewhere.

My uncle has had this wound for 6 months, we normally don’t see Dr. Lutz, unfortunately today was the day we all met. It was not pleasant at all. At first Lutz seemed nice, speaking very clear and slow, even Introduced himself. My uncle has paper thin skin and a wound that hasn’t healed for 6 months!
