Have had their protection plan since the septic was installed. Very happy with their service. Jeff was here today and really knew his job.
This service has served us very well over the years. The maintenance program keeps us from having major issues. When we've had emergencies you've always came in a timely manner. We thank you! (Ps...only complaint...driving in the grass, especially when the ground is soft, isn't acceptable. An accident I'm sure but the tracks and spin out didn't help the grass to grow. 😊 Also, on the security cameras...)
Yesterday I went to funeral in Newton. It was a nice funeral except when we got to the cemetery. I could not believe the very unprofessional appearance of the vault person. Shirt dirty,hair unkempt. He did his job but his appearance was not what I would have expected from a Rex Vault employee.
