My partner went in to get a haircut and when I got home from work I was in shock at how he looked. I called up to see if they would try and fix it or at least refund but the answer was a straight no almost like she was offended. Then she hung up. His hair is actually laughable 0/10 will never come back here again. Before and after photos attached

Great service and very friendly staff
Very impressed with the service. Cut and remove two week old beard. Henry was so meticulous with both scissors and shaver. A bit in the pricey side but definitely worth the extra sheckles. Highly recommended.
