My partner went in to get a haircut and when I got home from work I was in shock at how he looked. I called up to see if they would try and fix it or at least refund but the answer was a straight no almost like she was offended. Then she hung up. His hair is actually laughable 0/10 will never come back here again. Before and after photos attached
