I recently hired Rex & Sons to service my multi-split ac unit. Ryan billed us for 3 hours of labor, but my wife and I know he worked 2 hours. I called to make certain the invoice reflected 2 hours of work and the answer I received was he had worked 3 hours. I informed them that I would not use Rex & Sons again due to the discrepancy. I also informed my property manager not to use Rex & Sons for my rental properties.
Responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, personable.
Have used Rex for years at my business, they always do a great job, and are timely and professional. Highly recommend!
Super professional, honest, good communication from the office.
I have gotten a couple of initial quotes from them as they are local but they seem to always guide to the highest end of a solution. I followed up numerous times for the actual quote and work they said they would do but I have never received an official quote. Complete waste of time. They are possibly too busy so I cannot recommend.
