Rene and Cash came to my old farmhouse (translation: old pipes and plumbing) to go deep down the mainline. I called Rex’s because last time I used Roto Rooters and was disappointed. SO GLAD I CALLED REX’S!! Seriously, best plumbing service I have ever experienced. They gave me a heads up call when they were ten minutes out which I thought was really considerate. Driver was on freeway swerving like a maniac almost causing an accident, throwing his hands up etc . What a way to have guys represent a company . Called Office and office seemed like they didn’t care and seems like it happens quite often from what I heard from contractors around supply house . ( currently remodeling my house / would have liked to use them but that’s a no now ) since they don’t know how to have their workers represent them .

Worst company ever will never use , owner is Rude and Hostile . Very pushy . Confronted about work not being up to code and he was rude ( owner ) Lady who answered phone was a sweetheart . Had Rex and his tech come out to help with a stubborn shower clog. In and out in no time and I can take a shower without water filling the tub! Outstanding customer service and knowledge!
