It is of my opinion this realtor is incompetent. He apparently has no clue in our potential deal or purposely lied one as to the amount of contingencies one is allowed for a usda loan. Rex, didn’t in my opinion represent the buy well. Hence why in this market a property is still on the market after over 100 day when the national average for a house being on the market is 34 days. Buyer/ seller beware. Also, apparently he choose to verbally abuse my wife in emails. Internet tough guys apparently.
