just extremely horrible service, my mum brother and I walked up explaing my dad was inside and needs to come out and get us. the lady in the picture up the far end rolled her eyes without a care and murmured under her breath annoyed that my dad earlier didn't say he had extra guests, adding 2 extra guests took about 3 minutes and she wasn't even the one doing it, so there should be no reason for her to be so extremely rude, I have never experienced such disrespect at an AIRPORT to start with let alone anywhere. Weird time to close a lounge at 7pm when flights are running till late in the night.
Avoid the Rex Lounge at Sydney Airport at all costs! If I could rate it 0 stars or give it a negative rating, I absolutely would. We were kicked out 20 minutes before the advertised closing time of 7 PM, with the staff claiming that Google was wrong. Not only was this completely unprofessional, but there was no apology—just rude and dismissive behavior. Avoid Rex Lounge at Sydney Airport – Disgraceful Service! I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Rex Lounge in Sydney Airport. The lounge is advertised to close at 7 PM, but at 6:40 PM, a staff member forcefully kicked us out. When I pointed out that Google clearly states the closing time as 7 PM, she rudely dismissed it, claiming the information was wrong and that she needed to start cleaning.
