The 2 women at the front desk (receptionists) are rude and shouldn’t be working in healthcare. Not only do they lack empathy but also common curtesy and manners. My sick mother was meant without any type of regard while the 2 young women at the front desk discussed how hungry they were and if they should order pizza or something else. My mother was offended as was I. Please train your staff accordingly.

I went to my appointment yesterday for the sciatica pain I'VE BEEN HAVING SO MY PA CAROLYN SOLAK SHE WAS NICE SENT ME SOME BUPRENORPHINE IN BUT THE PHARMACY DIDN'T HAVE THEM SO I CALL THE PAIN CLINIC TODAY TO LET THEM KNOW IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING FOR THE PAIN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SEND SOMETHING ELSE IN FOR ME BUT THEY DIDN'T STILL WAITING IN PAIN

I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to get an appointment with pain management. I’ve been told they needed my notes from 1 previous visit I had at another clinic. I have requested these notes multiple times through multiple channels. Their referral coordinator does not call back. Not even when the notes already have been sent. You can leave as many voicemails as you like, don’t expect them to care and call back.
