i brought my bf here as he’s been sick for 4 days and hasn’t ate in 4 days and much more. Rebecca brought us back to get all his stuff checked and he said his pain was 10 and SHE PUT HIS PAIN AT 4. now we have been sitting here for 2 hours and everyone that came in after us is now before us. this is disgusting.
only come here if you’re dying. i’ve been here a few times for different issues and every time i remember why i switched to duke healthcare. if you have the ability to go to another ER, take the longer drive. abhorrent neglect of my physical condition in the ER in spite of my history, left me alone with nothing monitoring my heart palpitations or blood pressure, which never dropped by the time they did one more round of vitals on my way out, and they still released me. no one talked to me, just left me in the room alone, and... read more
Worst ER we have ever been to (nationwide) without a doubt. From front desk, triage, then treatment/care staff. Not one pleasant face. Not one caring individual. This ER needs an overhaul and quick. Holly Springs deserves an ER that has caring, knowledgeable staff. This is not a one off, we have been here a few times with family members for different things. Dont go here, trust me
Everyone was super nice! I’ll say that. I came in with a several inch long, and deep forehead laceration that would require stitches. No one could get the bleeding to stop in order to suture my laceration layer by layer, so an OBGYN was called down to suture it superficially. I was told I would be contacted by plastic surgery where they would likely re-open my wound and suture it properly. No one ever called.
