God forbid to need to come to ER BUT if you do find yourself in that situation THIS IS THE PLAC!to be. Absolutely, definitely, 100 percent this is the best I've seen. Hands-dkwn the best place to be. Personnel and doctors were top notch. Again, hope that you never need them BUT if you do is here that you want to be
I was treated for a minor dog bite wound in the early hours of the morning. The staff was kind, courteous and efficient while maintaining a a great standard of care. Dr. Blevins did a great job irrigating the wound and communicating through the process and aftercare. This is the third visit I’ve made to this ER, and I’ve been highly satisfied each time.

On Satuday, August 16th, I went to UNC Urgent Care at Holly Springs. I wasn't feeling well at all due to a blister on my leg. The attending physician looked at my leg and thought that something was not looking right so she immediately told me to be seen in their ER Department next door. So, I drove to the UNC Emergency Department in Holly Springs, where I was told I had to be admitted for the severity of the infection in my leg. Most of the time I have a great experience at this ER, as a chronically ill individual. However. This last time was AWFUL. Nurses weren’t seen for over an hour and I was left sitting with no treatment for 2 hours despite having asked about fluids that the PA ordered. They then tried to discharge me without treatment and wrote how “worked up” I was in the notes. I came in because my BP was 87/62. I was so upset with how I had been treated or the lack there of, that my BP rose to 144/136… which of course they did not note. The... read more
