When I was 16, I was in exrucating pain and was bent over and felt like my insides were pulling in by a extremely strong force, I would vomit when I consumed anything. So obviously me and my family drove to the nearest hospital. When I arrived at the hopsital and was greeted by security. (which is fine, but what if a patient comes in, not an ambulance and falls over in a cardiac arrest due to the security scan.) I must say this emergency department was so supportive, full of care, and always with bright smiles. I saw how they were attentive to each patient. I also listened to the staff tell each other “thank you for your help” “have a goodnight” be safe” “I’ll be right there to help you” * arrives in urgency and care* The care and dedication that I’ve seen was absolutely amazing. My son had a visit here a few weeks ago, and he also stated how pleasant his visit was although he wasn’t feeling well (he had the flu). He’s much better, ... read more
A couple of days ago, my 13-year-old son and I arrived via ambulance. I was obviously filled with worry. The response from the staff was swift, and they started treating him right away. The doctor and nurses were not only incredibly professional but also warm and reassuring, which gave me immediate peace of mind. They patiently answered every question my anxious, sick son had. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and kindness they provided. Thank you all so much!
The treatment by the doctors at this facility was fine, but the wait time and level of incorrect information provided by the medical professionals to the coding department was fraudulent. I put in countless calls and emails to both the hospital, my insurance, and the billing department to try to settle this and of course was told my only option was to contact the ER doctor where it would be near impossible to get ahold of them.
