RecommendedGreat place to live and I can say this cause I was raised in this park and have my parents old home .My parents bought it in 76 from the Belton s the original park owners .The only thing park management needs to do daily drive around the park like the Belton s did and get on the high grass issues (next door on my backdoor side) other than that i highly recommend Rex Hill

Get a consistent onsite manager, get rid of the rif-raf, get these dead trees cut down before someone loses a home.
By doing things in return for their tenants. We pay enough rent here. Also, when residents have problems, help them a little better then they do. I have had a problem with a neighbor in this park for the past two yrs. yes, he was wrote up for part of the trouble but he still doing things and nobody seems to want to help with this problem.
