From 3 years ago till now they have made a bad situation way better for me. I know they will continue as well. From the 2 ladies at the front desk all the way to ur check out is dealing with people who really care about you and how you are doing.
We had such a negative and disappointing experience here. I fought for a hematology referral for my daughter only to come in and be dismissed by this provider. Despite levels considered low and lots of research to indicate a need for treatment, we were not heard. It went further downhill when I mentioned that my daughter sees a functional doctor who has her on vitamins. His response was "What does a 'functional doctor' even mean? This practice used to be amazing. And the new facility is very cool. But my doctor who used to be fantastic now literally stood poised to walk out the door to leave after telling me (incorrectly) that insurance wouldn’t cover treatment while I tried to ask her questions. My labs also came back wildly different from two other practices which had been consistent, and when I brought it up to them they claimed it was that their reference ranges were different, which isn’t a factor that would actually explain different results. My Dr referred me to them, and after not hearing from them for a week, I called to follow up. I was told that they received my info and would need 3 weeks to go over it. 3 weeks to by and still nothing, so I called back, and now they tell me they didn't receive all my labs (there was only 1), so I ask if I could send it to them, since I have access to all my lab results.
