The front-desk staff is rude and negligent. I had to call 15 times before getting a response. My previous attempts were either purposely disconnected or left on an active line where I could overhear other patients' private information, a serious privacy concern!! When I finally reached someone, the staff member was dismissive and rude, ending the call by asking, "Are you done?" after I asked a simple question of appointment details. Dr Wu is wonderful. He takes his time with each patient and always follows up. I have complete trust in him.
Writing on behalf of my late mom and my father, both of who have seen Dr. Wu for many decades. Dr. Wu is a compassionate and caring physician. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for my parents (and I'm sure for all of his patients). I am forever grateful for the kindness he showed my parents for the years he served them. If people go into medicine to heal, serve and bring a sense of hope, Dr. Wu epitomizes that spirit.
