If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service department at Rex Gorell Nissan is honestly one of the most useless, dismissive and unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I walked in 4 weeks ago needing a simple quote for dashboard damage after a workplace incident. A straightforward request that I needed for my workplace so repairs could be organised. Good service, good value, good communication
Had first service done on my new nav here. 6 weeks after the service I noticed oil leaking. Sump plug was loose. I called and reply was bring it in and we will check. This should never have happened in the first place. Now I will always question if future services are done correctly and all care is taken.
Was a very smooth and enjoyable experience and extremely helpful and reassuring through the whole process
Staff were very professional and friendly, have purchased from them several times and always the first place we go back to.
