The combination I was looking for not available, salesperson I had booked an appointment with was never informed of my arrival. I felt pushed toward what the salesperson want me to purchase - "I can see you in that" is what he said as im exiting. Not impressed
Just had 15,000km service and very happy with the experience. Staff were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Car was left washed and finished the service on time. That’s one of the reasons l purchased the car from them was their reviews compared to other dealers. Keep up the good the good work.
The Isuzu Service Center in Autumn Street is 5 Star. I have been using these guys for my MUX (not purchased from them), and they have gone above and beyond on a couple of issues I have had with my vehicle. They are also very respectful when speaking and dealing with female owners. Makes for a nice change. Thank you guys could not be more happy with your help & service of my vehicle.
