My experience with Rex Gorell Ford has been absolutely exemplorary. After my Ranger had an engine failure, Ford Australia gave us the runaround for weeks before it finally made its way to the Rex Gorell Ford dealership. Purchased a new XLT Ranger that was in stock, Had a service body and suspension upgrade fitted. Was told it would be ready for pick up 3 times along the process. 1st time the suspension hadn’t been done. 2 weeks later I was told the car was in getting the suspension done at ARB, Went to ARB to see my car and told my car was not there. Ford did not even know where my car was. Finally got back to me and was told it was in a warehouse somewhere. Was fed lies from day one. Incredibly poor service.
Our experience was excellent at the used cars department, when buying our ex demo ranger. Miles, Aiden & Brock were all very accommodating and their communication was excellent & prompt throughout the process. Would highly recommend and we will definetly be back in the future.
