Great gym, Never crowded, locker room is decent sized. Plenty of machines to focus on specific muscle groups. Check out the several different classes, and events to participate in.
The staff truly cares about your experience and will assist in any way they can. The gym is stocked with all the essentials. Especially if you work in downtown St. Louis, highly consider going on a tour at Rex, you won't regret it.
