Amazing Experience! Dr. Bloedon is changing lives! He saw my daughter in April of this year 2025 for an evaluation and surgery was scheduled same day to be performed June 23, 2025 Dr. Bloedon provided me with the time I needed to ask questions, explain my concerns. He listened to me and then told me what he heard, and visualized was going on with my 8 year old little one. Horrible response time. The surgical scheduling process is ridiculous. The scheduler doesn’t answer her phone for weeks and then her voicemail tells you “not to leave multiple messages”. The front desk is useless in helping to get to the scheduler. You are a medical office, that deal with urgent clinical needs - you cannot be that horrible at patient management. My experience here has been so amazing! I've had care at another ENT and I couldn't be happier to have ended up here. Crystal is beyond amazing and certainly makes you feel at ease and like family.
We’ve been coming to see Dr. Dorfman at Rex ENT for four+ years because he is the best. My son is currently getting weekly allergy shots. Amanda is always so patient and helpful with getting appointments set up and working with our crazy schedules. Crystal AND Lindsey feel like personal friends, they are always so warm and welcoming and know their stuff. I feel so fortunate to have my family in the capable hands of everyone at Rex ENT Wakefield.
