Been buying for couple of years now 99% of the knives comes in great have nothing bad to say shawn will call if you don't place an order and he will make an order if there's a problem with the website. They usually get the order out same day or next which is way better then all my other sites. Also if they are sold out of a knife they will add another to your order which i have no problem with. Keep up the good work Ladies and Gentlemen
I had some issues with some of the knives I received in my order. They were very quick to respond to my email and called me the same day. I sent them pictures of the issue with some of the products. They took care of me quick and I look forward to doing business again. Thanks
